What can be better than pancakes for breakfast? Actually your health. And fit body, if you care about it as I do. While indulging once in a while is absolutely ok, I still feel guilty after eating pancakes when I'm out. That is exactly why I made this amazing pancakes today which are absolutely guilt-free, protein-packed and a healthy substitute to traditional pancakes.

Honestly, I enjoy these more than regular pancakes because they are moderately sweet, light and do not make you feel bloated or heavy on stomach. The best part is you only need 3 ingredients and literally 5 minutes to cook. So grab the ingredients and make these pancakes for tomorrow's breakfast! See below.

What you will need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs ( or 3 egg whites)
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats (you can use gluten-free version and have gluten free pancakes)
  • Optional: You can drizzle some raw honey to make them sweeter or add some berries.

Combine everything in a blender and blend for  about 30 seconds until smooth. In the meanwhile, warm a pan with oil. I use Organic Coconut Oil (not only is it healthy, but it also adds a little bit of coconut aroma) but you can use any vegetable oil. Take about 1 tbs into the pan and fry for about 20-30 seconds on each side until slightly brown. Place into a plate and enjoy with your favorite cup of coffee or tea!
